This is the honey we reach for every day in our own kitchen—not simply because we produce it, but because it is genuinely that good.

Our Wildflower Honey is gathered from the diverse blooms of Northwest Florida, an exceptional honey-producing region. Each harvest reflects what is flowering at the time—clover, gallberry, tupelo, and countless native wildflowers—so no two batches taste exactly alike.

That natural variation is the point. It is what authentic, place-specific honey should taste like.

What truly sets ours apart is what makes it into the jar. We bottle only the best-tasting 30% of each harvest. The remainder is sold in bulk to other honey packers, while the finest honey is reserved for our own label.

We call it Reserve Wildflower Honey—the top of the harvest, selected by taste rather than availability.

A meaningful standard for U.S. honey

Because bees may forage several miles from their hives, documenting every flower and potential forage source makes USDA organic certification impractical for most American-produced honey.

We chose a different, measurable standard. Every retail batch we bottle is independently tested and certified Glyphosate Residue Free by the Detox Project—documented and traceable from hive to jar.

To the best of our knowledge, we are the only U.S. beekeepers offering this third-party certification under our own farm label.

What it tastes like

Medium-bodied sweetness with buttery undertones and delicate, complex floral notes. It finishes cleanly, without bitterness.

The color naturally ranges from light amber to deep gold depending on the flowers blooming during each harvest. This variation is a hallmark of authentic, unblended wildflower honey.

Raw honey may slowly crystallize over time. This is completely natural and does not affect its quality. To reliquefy it, place the jar in warm water. Never microwave.

How to enjoy it

This is everyday honey made exceptionally well.

Stir it into tea or coffee. Drizzle it over toast, biscuits, cornbread, or pancakes. Swirl it into yogurt or oatmeal, pair it with cheese, or use it in salad dressings, marinades, glazes, and baked goods.
